Inspection

We offer a wide range of inspection techniques to satisfy most quality requirements.

We have facilities to do both Non-Destructive Testing and Destructive testing depending on your requirements.

Testing: Mass Spectrometer Leak Detection

This highly accurate form of leak detection enables confirmed joint integrity.

In all high vacuum systems it is essential to establish the leak integrity of the welded or brazed joint, and any ancillary components. We are able to offer a comprehensive Mass Spectrometer Leak Detection service.

Design

The Creative Group will manufacture products directly from your drawings or CAD data. Alternatively if you require design support, Creative has the expertise and resources to submit original designs to meet your applications from concept to CAD. We use Solidworks CAD for design.

With our expertise in metal joining many of the techniques we use can be applied to customer’s designs to introduce cost savings and enhance the overall design.

Our drawing office control procedures ensure latest revision status and customers can rest assured that confidentiality of sensitive design material will be maintained at all times.
