These valves are offered in 316L grade stainless steel. They are lever operated and are designed for long, trouble free operation.The materials exposed to vacuum are 316L stainless steel and teflon. They are supplied in either KF flanged or BSP threaded versions.
All assemblies are tested to .1x10-9mb (using He leak detection) in a static state.

Operating down to 10-8 mbar, the unit has a particularly high molecular conductance for this type of valve. The valve would be typically supplied with KF25 fittings but can accommodate any combination of fittings to meet specific customer needs.
This flexibility is a function of its innovative design, which will also provide for future features such as pneumatic activation and a right angle variant.
The valve is small, lightweight and easily serviced and provides high performance at a very competitive price. Its all-stainless steel construction makes it ideal for high temperature applications.
