These Stainless steel chambers come in two sizes 12" Dia or 18" Dia. They are ideal vessels for vacuum impregnation of components & de-gassing.

These self contained units offer high orders of vacuum and performance for UHV systems, thin film coating, mass spectrometry and gas analysis. They are compact in design with easy to use controls.
The Turbo Combined Outfit has a manual air admittance valve fitted in the backing line to the rotary pump. Connections for Pirani and Penning gauges can be added to this system if required. Turbo controller, turbo pump & two stage rotary backing pump, supplied to suit specification. All flexible plumbing manufactured in stainless steel.
The Diffstak Combined Outfit has an integral water cooling baffle and is fitted with a manually operated quarter swing valve. The backing/roughing mode is also manually controlled by a secondary valve. A manual air admittance valve is fitted in the backing line to the rotary pump. Connections for Pirani and Penning gauges can be added to this system if required. RV or similar backing pump is fitted.
This easy to use portable backfill rigs allow regulated degassing & filling of liquid media for a variety of applications.
