We offer a wide range of vacuum fittings with KF, ISO & CF terminations.
We can also offer a range of KF & ISO flanges and fittings which are fully compatible with those of other leading suppliers and are made from high quality materials. These products can be used in applications down to 10-7 mbar and baked to 200°C (sustained to 150°C).

These fully tested bellows can be supplied with KF, ISO & CF terminations. As well as hydroformed bellows we can supply edge welded on request.
The bellows and end fittings on the KF and ISO ranges are manufactured from high quality 316L stainless steel. On the CF range, the bellows are manufactured from 316L and the end fittings from 304L grade. The primary use of bellows is to suppress any vibration and correct miss-alignment between components.
The flexible hose and end fittings on the KF and ISO ranges are manufactured from high quality 316L stainless steel. On the CF range, the flexible hose is manufactured from 316L and the end fittings from 304L grade. The flexibility of the hose allows for bridging large gaps in pipelines, without the need to adhere to close tolerancing. The braided version of the hose is suitable for exhausted lines (size dependant).
The vacuum leak tightness of the bellow and hose assemblies is >1x10E-9mb (using He leak detection).
