The company will manufacture a new range of vacuum furnaces and provide a comprehensive re-engineering and refurbishment service for existing furnaces and plant. This range has been developed using the Group's extensive knowledge of sub-contract joining and conditioning of metals using vacuum furnaces, electron beam welding and the design of specialist vacuum plant. With a strong background in the sub-contract industry Creative Group understands the requirements and facilities required of vacuum furnaces and the new range has been designed with this in mind.

The new range of furnaces is constructed for high vacuum integrity to provide oxygen-depleted conditions for hardening and tempering, brazing and sintering. Complete control over the process cycle ensures quality clean/bright end product with minimal distortion and consistent mechanical properties. The furnaces offer a choice in hot zone design to suit the application. The furnaces are designed with cost of ownership in mind and have been designed with reliability and serviceability at the core. In-built diagnostics ensure the furnace is always working at its optimum. This can be further enhanced with a direct modem link back to Creative's engineers for more in-depth analysis if needed.
